All candidates who successfully completed their studies and qualified for the University of Dar es Salaam Degree, Diploma and Certificate awards in the 2011/2012 academic year are hereby informed that the GRADUATION CEREMONIES for the conferment of these awards will be held at Mlimani City Conference Centre as follows:
Cluster A: Saturday 27th October 2012 starting at 1.30 p.m.

Cluster B: Saturday 3rd November 2012 starting at 1.30 p.m.
- College of Engineering and Technology
- College of Natural and Applied Sciences
- School of Journalism and Mass Communication
- School of Education
- University of Dar es Salaam Business School
- College of Informatics and Communication Technologies
Graduands intending to attend the respective Graduation Ceremonies should send written notification to: The Director of Undergraduate Studies,

The letters must be received not later than 4th October 2012.
Degree graduands wishing to hire academic gowns will be required to pay a total of shs. 42,000/= (non-refundable) as follows:
- Shs. 40,000/= as cost of hiring a Graduation gown
- Shs. 2,000/= as convocation fee
The graduands will meet their own travel, lodging and incidental expenses.
Agreements for hire of academic gowns for the Julius Nyerere Campus (Main Campus) graduation ceremony can be obtained from Room 108 in the Administration Building University of Dar es Salaam or through the University website.
